American is eggs, pan cakes and bacon. Jamaican is yam, sweet potato, fried dumplin, plantain and steamed cabbage. Was good 5/5.

Breakfast at Kaz Kreol

Callaloo, dumplin, banana, yam and a slice of ripe plantain. You only get one slice of plantain - plantain is rationed asf. Most days the breakfast is different especially the Jamaica version. For the american style breakfast its scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with little packages of butter. 4 out of 5 stars - could do with more plantain.
