@ Gracie. hmm ill keep that book in mind. but anotha gooood book (my favorite) is "The Virgin Suicides" by jeffrey eugenides (mightve spelt the surname wrong!!).

the movie's been out for a while too and is just as good. the book is also kinda dark in a way but the writing style just keeps you reading..

@ me, that sounds like a good idea. I must say my favourite book of all time although very dark and about a rather disturbing subject has to be 'Exquisite Corpse' by Poppy Z Bright. It's very well written and one of those ones you can't put down until it is finished, just incase you forget something important. If you come across it give it a go!

Now Pride and Prejudice I can handle but a book about a soldier hooked on heroin etc telling stories about vietnam is more than my head can handle. I have abandoned the book and starting reading another. Well one chapter of another!
